Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict health and safety regulations, Infinite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging. We strive to ensure you receive the perfect piece while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for all our clients.

Return Process

  Verify Seal Integrity

  Before attempting a return, ensure the jewelry remains inside its original, unopened clear plastic bag with the tamper-evident seal intact.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the sealed jewelry in a padded bubble mailer or a rigid box to prevent damage during transit; items returned in standard envelopes will not be accepted.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our studio inspects the seal and confirms the item is in original condition, a refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method.
